INTRODUCTION Delta tours Bol agency provides services according to the published information, and with the Terms and in accordance with the confirmed reservation, except in cases of force majeure *. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Inquiries and booking of accommodation can be done electronically, by mail, phone or in person at the Delta tours Bol agencies. When booking, the customer confirms that he is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions and accept them. Thus, everything stated in the General Terms and Conditions becomes legally binding for both the customer and Delta tours Bol agency. When booking, the customer is obligated to provide any information required for booking procedure. For booking you must pay an advance, depending on the payment and the balance is paid directly to us in cash, on the day of arrival. Note for the advance payment card - credit card charged for the amount stated in HRK according to the average exchange rate of National Bank on the charge date. SOJOURN TAX
According to the Law on the Sojourn Tax of the Republic of Croatia, the customer is required to pay the Sojourn Tax when paying for accommodation. The final amount of the Sojourn Tax is determined by the destination in the Republic of Croatia and travel period, and will be charged according to the General Terms and Conditions when making the final payment for the accommodation. ACCOMODATION PRICE LIST
The price of accommodation includes the basic service as described in the booked accommodation unit. Special services are those not included in the price of accommodation (in accommodation unit description indicated by "by agreement" or additional services that are available in advance) and are therefore paid separately. These services must be requested when booking. Rates are in EUR. Delta tours Bol Agency reserves the right to alter the published price (in case of changes in price of accommodation by the host, or changes in exchange rates). Guests who have paid an advance for their reservation, Delta tours Bol guarantees the price of accommodation, according to the calculation according to which the advance was paid. If the changes occur prior to the payment of the advance, Delta tours Bol agency is required to inform the customer. If the booked accommodation unit reaches more people than is indicated, Delta tours Bol agency has the right to deny accommodation unannounced guests, or to accept all the guests at extra charge unannounced guests on the spot. DELTA TOURS AGENCY'S RIGHT TO CHANGE AND CANCELLATION
Delta tours Bol Agency reserves the right to make changes to reservations in the event of circumstances that can not be predicted, avoided or removed. Booked accommodation can be replaced only upon prior customer notification and placement of the same or higher category and at the price of accommodation by which the customer has confirmed the reservation. If the substitute accommodation is possible only in a facility more categories, and at a price higher by 15% of the price paid services, Delta tours Bol agency reserves the right to charge the price difference upon consulting the customer. In the case of the inability to replace the paid accommodation, Delta tours Bol agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation upon prior customer notification at least 7 days before arrival, and guarantees a full refund of the amount paid. If it is not possible, adequate replacement on the day of arrival, Delta tours Bol agencies will provide information on available accommodation that is not offered in the Delta tours Bol agencies and be sure to return the complete paid amount.

a. In the event that the passenger wants to change or cancel a reservation according to its request, it must do so in writing (e-mail or fax). Under the change is considered a change of the number or names of users of accommodation services or the date and / or customers, not later than 30 days before arrival. The first change to the reservation, if possible without additional cost, will be made free of charge. For each of the following changes to the reservation will be charged a change in the amount of EUR 15 per change. In the event that the arrival date, and if the traveler gives up the confirmed reservation, the terms listed below apply to cancel the reservation. Changing accommodation units and all changes within 30 days prior to the booking and throughout the reservation will be considered a cancellation.
b. In case of cancellation of fixed and confirmed reservations for private accommodation, the date of receipt of the written cancellation during working hours the agency is used to calculate cancellation costs. In case of receipt of the written cancellation outside working hours, as the date of cancellation shall be the next working day at the agency: - For cancellation until 30 days before arrival will be charged 15% of the total price of the reservation, and at least 15 Euros in the amount of the reservation less than 50 euros - For cancellation from 29-22 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation - For cancellation from 21 to 15 days before arrival will be charged 60% of the total price of the reservation - For cancellation from 14 to 8 days before arrival will be charged 80% of the total price of the reservation - For cancellation from 7 to 0 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost With each agency cancellation charge 25 euros handling charges, in the case of reservations with a smaller amount of 50 euros will be charged 10 euros handling charges.
If the traveler has to cancel a reservation within 7 days prior to the services, the agency offered him the opportunity to find a Traveler / users for the same booking if possible (this also depends on the final host). In this case, agency will only charge the actual costs caused by the replacement Traveler. New user reservations assume all obligations of these General Terms. OBLIGATIONS OF DELTA TOURS BOL AGENCY
Duty of the Delta tours Bol agency concerns about the implementation of services and the choice of provider and care about the rights and interests of the customer, according to the traditions in tourism. Delta tours Bol agency will carry out all stated obligations in full and as described above, except in extraordinary circumstances CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS Guest is required to: - possess valid travel documents, - respect the customs and foreign exchange regulations of the country where there is a destination - to obey house rules in accommodation units and relations with the host in good faith, - on arrival at destination, to hand the document of payment to the host (or a referral voucher received by mail, mail or directly to the agency) - customer is obligated to check whether for his entry into a country where the destination is located or the neighboring countries visas are required In cases of failure to comply with these obligations, the customer bears the cost and is responsible for the caused damage. By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to, if it cause any damage, to pay all the damages caused on the spot, to the host of services. LUGGAGE Delta tours Bol is not responsible for damaged, destroyed or lost luggage, as well as for the theft of luggage or valuables in the accommodation facility. Lost luggage or stolen goods should be reported to the host and the local police department.
COMPLAINTS
If the services provided not be satisfactory, the customer may require compensation by filing a written complaint. Every customer has a right to complain about not performed paid services. Every customer - reservation holder, files a separate complaint.
Complaint procedure: The guest is required upon arrival immediately with the host to tell inadequate service and to notify Delta tours Bol agency. If the guest refuses to accept the solution that corresponds to the service paid for, Delta tours Bol agency is not required to accept subsequent complaint (if there is an appropriate alternative in the same facility the customer is required to accept it). Delta tours Bol does not accept claims related to the topics that are not part of the facility (street work, the beach, buildings in the vicinity of ...). If the customer does not complain on the spot, is not entitled to be refunded. If the customer does not complain about the accommodation on the spot is not entitled to be refunded. The maximum compensation per complaint can amount to the cost of the service, and can not encompass the service used or the total amount of services. This excludes the right of the client to an ideal damages. Delta tours Bol can not be held responsible for the weather conditions, cleanliness and temperature in destinations, and all other similar situations and events that may cause customer dissatisfaction, and not directly affect the quality of the booked accommodation unit. COURT JURISDICTION
If the customer is not satisfied with the solution they have a right to court arbitration. In such a case the responsible is jurisdiction of the municipal court in Supetar. NOTE Upon payment of the advance or the total amount the customer fully accepts these Terms.
NOTE In the case of parallel actions discounts do not add.
